Refund policy

Unfortunately, Matic Cosmetics does not accept returns.

However, we do provide replacements for damaged, defective or not-as-described product(s). Proof of damaged, defective or not-as-described products must be sent to info@maticcosmetics.com within seven (7) days of receiving the product(s).

Replacement products are shipped within fourteen (14) days of receiving proof of the damaged, defective or not-as-described products.
